The software allows both parties to easily check permit status, access required documents and gives City staff the ability to leave comments for applicants to view and respond to. In addition to providing straightforward communication for residents, ActiveLCF allows for easier communication between City departments. The software is configured to automatically notify each department if their approval is needed for specific permits, simplifying and expediting the process for applicants and staff.
