Various types of applications require a set of documentation to process. The initial documents needed are listed below for your convenience. Please review and gather the necessary documents since you will be asked to submit them as part of the application process. Please note, additional documentation may be needed throughout the review process, which the City will notify you.
It is imperative to ensure you follow the Document Submission Standards. Failure to do so will result in potential delays in your review process.
Files must be in PDF format maximum 40MB limit per file uploaded. Here are a few helpful hints for reducing the size of your files:
- Flatten your drawings
- Use Print to PDF function
- minimize inserting scanned documents/photos in the plans
- Use third party pdf software to reduce the file size
