Qualification for Permit Under Resolution No 21-22 permits are issued to Community Groups identified as 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organizations based in La Cañada Flintridge whose primary purpose is to provide charitable support and/or services for the benefit of the community, has at least one adult City resident as a member of its board of directors, and the majority of its active members are residents of the City. -- Maximum of four (4) signs, banners, or other notices may be placed on the fence at any one time. Limit of one (1) banner per community group may be posted at the same time. - Permits shall be valid for fourteen (14) calendar days. Applications will be taken on a first come, first served basis. An applicant requiring more than fourteen (14) calendar days may re-apply for an additional fourteen (14) days provided no other application has been submitted for the same period or overlapping period. -- Application for posting a sign, banner or other notices must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

I understand that the maximum size of a sign, banner, or other advertisement is 3’ x 6’; and the sign, banner, or advertisement I propose on posting will not exceed the measurements.

I understand that a sign, banner, or other advertisement made of paper, metal, steel, or other alloy is not allowed.

I understand that a permit is valid for seven calendar days.

I understand that it is my responsibility to remove the sign, banner, or other advertisement by the end of the seventh calendar day. If not removed, it will be removed by staff on the eighth-calendar day.
