The City of La Cañada Flintridge is seeking applications from residents to serve on the Planning Commission. Those interested may submit an application to the Office of the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023. Applications may be submitted in-person, by mail, or e-mail to tgarcia@lcf.ca.gov. The Planning Commission consists of five members. The Commission reviews proposed residential and commercial development projects, subdivisions, and uses of land to determine their compliance with applicable City zoning and building laws.The Commission meets regularly at 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month in the Council Chambers. Additional meetings may be held as required.
The City Council is tentatively scheduled to make the appointments at the September 19, 2023 Regular Meeting.
