WHAT/WHY: The City’s contractor, Powell Constructors, Inc., will carry out a full weekend 55-hour ramp closure of the westbound I-210 Ocean View Boulevard off-ramp. This will allow for the construction of the bridge approach slab and pavement slabs, for ultimately, the construction of soundwall 300 (along westbound I-210 between Purtell Drive and Vista Place). Additionally, a one-night ramp closure and partial lane closures will also be required to restripe the outside lanes of westbound I-210 and the Ocean View Boulevard off-ramp in preparation for the 55-hour closure. WHEN:
- 10 p.m. Thursday night, April 4 to 6 a.m. Friday morning, April 5. This is a nighttime closure only. *
- 10 p.m. Friday night, April 5 through 5 a.m. Monday morning, April 8. This will be a continuous 55-hour daytime and nighttime ramp closure. **Weather permitting. Construction activity schedules and closures are subject to change due to inclement weather and/ or other unforeseen
