The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge in collaboration with the City of La Cañada Flintridge is proud to host the Annual Thanksgiving Day Run & Food Drive.  The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge’s Thanksgiving Day 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ Mile Run has been a local tradition and a community favorite for three decades! It is also the Community Center’s biggest fundraiser of the year and we are thrilled to see everyone at the starting line at La Cañada’s Memorial Park!

CCLCF’s 30th Annual Thanksgiving Day Run & Food Drive: 5K and Kid’s Mile

When? Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2023.

Where? Memorial Park, La Cañada Flintridge

The Adult 5K Run/Walk: Warmup begins at 8 AM. Race begins at 8:30 AM.

The Kid’s Mile: Warmup begins at 9 AM. Race begins at 9:30 AM.

About the Route

BE ADVISED FOOTHILL BOULEVARD WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE RUN FROM ALTA CANYADA RD TO GOULD AVE.

Street Closures

To ensure a safe and fun event for the runners, spectators, and the community, Foothill Boulevard will be closed entirely from Alta Canyada Road to Gould Avenue, including side streets. Angeles Crest Highway South of Town Center Drive will also be closed.

Parking Locations

ARRIVE EARLY! Over 1,300 participants are anticipated to run and/or walk.  Please consider carpooling or taking public transportation as much as possible.  Parking will be limited.
