On January 10, 2023, the City of La Cañada Flintridge partnered with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) to provide a virtual presentation entitled “Living with Black Bears in Southern California” The hour-long session will act as a refresher course on living in close proximity to bears.

You may apply for an entitlement processor permits* online through “ConnectLCF“.*Prior to applying for a building permit (excluding trade permits), you will need to apply for a Zoning Clearance first. You will need the Zoning Clearance case number to complete your building permit application.
