The Department of Public Health (DPH) revised the “Reopening Safer at Work and in the Community for Control of COVID-19” Health Officer Order, adding new reopening protocols for certain events and gatherings, effective 12:01am on Thursday, April 15, 2021:

  • Indoor Seated Live Events can reopen to the public at limited indoor occupancy with multiple required modifications.
  • Private Events (Meetings/Receptions/Conferences) are not open to the general public and are characterized by purchased tickets, required reservations, or a defined guest/invitation list, assigned or reserved seating, or a contract or exchange for the site of the Private Event. (Appendix BB)

The City of La Canada Flintridge continues to support the directives issued by DPH and encourages all of our residents to comply with the social (physical) distancing measures and the use of face coverings whenever interacting with persons outside of your personal household.
