(Additional Sectors Set to Reopen as the County Moves Further into Stage 3)
On Thursday, June 18, 2020, the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health (DPH) issued a revision to the “Safer at Work and in the Community” Health Order, which will be in effect Friday, June 19, 2020. This revision moves the County further into Stage 3 of the Roadmap to Recovery. It will be reviewed and further revised based on the progress of reducing the spread of COVID-19.
The revised order allows for the reopening of the following services/sectors (with appropriate restrictions and Social (Physical) Distancing protocols required):
- Cardrooms, Satellite Wagering Facilities, and Racetrack Onsite Wagering Facilities
- Personal Care Establishments (nail salons, tanning salons, skin care, tattoo parlors, massage therapy)
- Bars, Winery and Brewery Tasting Rooms

UPDATED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS: People leaving their residence must comply with Social (Physical) Distancing requirements which includes wearing a cloth face covering whenever there is, or can be, contact with others who are non-household members in both public and private places, whether indoors or outdoors.
